Trinity can provide a listening ear, offer reassurance, and guide you towards appropriate professional help. She can help to bridge the gap until professional support is available, but she is not a therapist. If someone is in immediate danger, emergency services should be contacted.

Expressions of distress:
feelings of hopelessness, worthlessness, or thoughts of self-harm or suicide. Even if these expressions seem casual, they should be taken seriously.

A mental health crisis:
experiencing a panic attack, a psychotic episode, or any other situation where mental health is severely compromised.

You are concerned:
If you feel like you are struggling or feel that someone else may be struggling, it's always better to reach out.

Changes in behavior:
sudden shifts in mood, withdrawal from social activities, increased irritability, or changes in sleep or eating patterns.

Signs of distress:
Visible signs of anxiety, panic, or overwhelming sadness. This could include excessive crying, trembling, or difficulty concentrating.
