How do I pay?

They accept many types of insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare. If you don't have insurance, they can still help! They have a system where you pay what you can afford, and sometimes they can use special funds to help cover the costs.

The Clark Center sliding scale helps make mental health care more accessible to individuals with limited financial resources, because the less money someone makes, the less they pay for the Clark Center’s services.

You can access their Dade County services at 123 N. Wetzel, Greenfield, MO or 417-637-1476.  To schedule an appointment, or to visit the walk-in clinic, all you need is a photo ID and a copy of your insurance card (if available).
